THE JOURNEY
THE JOURNEY
This isn't a quick fix. It's a path I walk with you, one step at a time, at your pace — from the child you were, to the life you're building now. And when the seven steps are done, I stay, so the work holds in your real life, not just in the room.
01
Understanding the child before we talk about the adult.
You didn't arrive here from nowhere. The way you feel today started in a house you didn't choose, with people who were shaped by their own wounds. We start here — not to blame, not to dwell, but because you can't change a pattern you can't see. When you understand where the feeling was born, it stops being who you are and becomes something that happened to you.
02
“I'm not enough” — whose voice is that, really?
You carry a story about yourself — that you're too much, not enough, unlovable, a failure. We separate the facts of your life from the story you decided they meant. Because that verdict you live under was usually handed to you long ago, in a voice that was never yours to begin with.
03
The weight you've carried for years.
Shame says ‘I am bad.’ Guilt says ‘I did something I regret.’ They are not the same, and the difference changes everything. Setting shame down isn't pretending it away — it's looking at it fully, taking responsibility for what's truly yours, and refusing to keep paying interest on it for the rest of your life.
04
Finally saying it — and being met.
So much of this wound is the experience of never being heard by the people who were meant to care. Here, you speak it — the thing you don't say out loud — and you're met without judgement. Sometimes the work is also preparing you to hear the people you've hurt, without defending, so the door can open.
05
In its own time — including your own.
You can't force forgiveness, and you can't schedule it — not from others, not from yourself. But there's a forgiveness most people avoid most: their own. The person who can't forgive themselves stays at war inside, and that war touches everything. We do this one gently, and last, once the ground is ready.
06
The wound lives here too.
Bodies keep the score. Held shame and stress show up as sleeplessness, tension, the weight in your chest, the load on your heart. We work with the body alongside the mind — stress, cortisol, sleep, food, movement, breath — gentle steps toward better health. Anything medical stays with your doctors; this walks beside them, never instead of them.
07
Making it ordinary.
By now something has shifted — the child understood, the story fairer, the shame lighter, the body carrying less. This step makes it part of normal life, not a project you finish and forget. The guiding question changes from ‘am I good enough?’ to ‘am I present today?’
08
The work doesn't end when the seven steps do.
After the core journey, I stay alongside you with regular follow-up sessions over the months that follow. Real life tests what we've built — the hard days, the old pulls, the moments it would be easy to slip back. This is where the change becomes permanent: not a breakthrough you had once, but a way of living that holds.
Nothing is wrong with you. Everything makes sense.
