Reviews for Alek Martin

★★★★★

Alek isn't someone who just talks. And not someone who just listens, either. He draws on his immense life experience and slots it cleverly into the patient's context. He's empathetic, but also honest, and says straight out what he thinks. Alek goes to where the traces of the past are visible — even when those are exactly the pain points. Rarely have I met someone who challenged me so much without my even noticing. The years of therapy and day-clinic stays were lukewarm preparation for what I'm achieving with him now. And if a hiccup does come, Alek is right there again. Thank you for that!

Alek is the hammer. Exactly the right address when it comes to mental coaching. My first hour with Alek got me further than five years of sessions with a psychologist. Just be brave and book a first call.

I remember my first encounter with Alek exactly. One very direct question got me thinking, and sparked something in me — to question myself differently than I was used to. A lot has shifted in my mental world. It doesn't always make things easier, but through it I've come to know and value myself better. Alek is a very direct, open person you can talk to about anything that's on your heart. If you really want to change something — even when it's hard sometimes — then Alek is the right place. I'm glad we met.

I've met with many coaches, but Alek is simply different. The first thing I noticed is that even in the first conversation I could completely let go and tell him everything, as if I'd known him since childhood. Through his very radical honesty — mixed with empathy — I learnt more in one session than in six months with a therapist. Just an intense guy who'll see right through you. Again and again. Thank you, Alek.

If you've already worked with different coaches, opening yourself up to Aleksander's approach is at first, in many ways, different and new. The path we walked in coaching was marked by enormous empathy and maximum honesty. Aleksander helps you develop that honesty towards yourself through very clear, direct questions — and does it in a sensitive, structured way. In various workshops and one-to-one coachings we also worked with Aleksander in a business context, giving leaders a chance for personal development. I can absolutely recommend working with Aleksander in both areas.

One thing is certain: Alek is different from every other coach I've ever worked with. Above all, because what he gives me doesn't come from a textbook — he's lived and tested it through his own experiences and the work he's done on himself. He has an uncanny feel for the person across from him, asks exactly the right questions and offers valuable food for thought. His open manner may be a challenge for some at first, but from the very first minute it showed me there are simply no taboos in conversation — and that's exactly how working on and with yourself should be. A clear recommendation for anyone who truly wants to face themselves and doesn't shy away from uncomfortable truths. Thanks Alek!

For me, Alek is a very empathetic, authentic person. Over the three months — very radical and honest — he strengthened my own self-reflection, my ability to let myself in, and made me stronger at coping with crises. Alek is also very creative at building websites; I'm very happy with my site, simple and uncomplicated. Many thanks. Rebekka

I've been in coaching with Alek for a few months now and I feel completely at ease. On one hand he's just a cool guy who knows what he's talking about and simply senses where the problems lie. On the other, you quickly notice how much the coaching — and the person (me) — matter to him. I've already learnt a lot about myself and changed things in my life to my advantage. For anyone who wants to grow personally, Alek would be brilliant support. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been to many coaches, and I loved that Alek worked truly intuitively. I can recommend him to anyone who wants to meet their own themes in a confidential space, with warm guidance and a lot of understanding. Because Alek lets his life experience flow in so authentically, the relationship is built on equal footing and with great empathy. The great thing about Alek is that he goes in less for toxic positivity and more for finding a healthy relationship with past, present and future.

I got to know Alek as an extremely empathetic person and personality. He knows how to bring his very pronounced life experience to bear at the right moment, both in conversation and in bodywork — you can sense that he has worked deeply with his own body and mind. As a musician, music therapist and systemic family constellator myself, I have enjoyed, and will keep enjoying, the time and the exchange enormously.

In a time when everyone only presents their chocolate side and makes sure they come off especially well… he's the opposite. Refreshingly real.

Very likeable, quick on the uptake. 😄 For me, conversations with people who've been through similar things carry far more "aha" than ones with people who've studied for years and know it all in theory.
