Terms

These terms describe how working together is set up. They are a draft — please have them reviewed before relying on them as final. Specific arrangements agreed with you directly always take precedence.

What this is — and is not

I offer peer coaching, advocacy, and bodywork. This is support and accompaniment. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological care, please contact a doctor, a licensed therapist, or emergency services.

Booking and agreement

An engagement becomes binding when we have agreed on it in writing (by WhatsApp or email) and the first session takes place. No physical signature is required; confirming by message and attending the first session counts as acceptance of these terms.

Sessions and pricing

Prices for fixed sessions are stated on the relevant page of this site — for example Crisis Call (€99, 60 minutes) and SOS Couples & Family (€150, 60 minutes). Other engagements are agreed individually. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is added.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your invoice. Invoices are issued in the editorial format you receive directly and are payable by the date shown.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to move or cancel a session, let me know as early as you can. For same-day sessions such as the Crisis Call, please understand that a slot held for you cannot always be re-filled at short notice. Specific cancellation terms for a given engagement are confirmed with you when we book.

Confidentiality

What you share with me stays between us. I will not pass on your information except where I am legally required to, or where there is a serious risk to life.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Coaching supports your thinking; it does not replace your judgement, and I do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where life, body, or health are affected. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

German law applies. Place of performance and, where legally permissible, place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
