Terms of Engagement
I offer coaching and mentoring. This is support and accompaniment — not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological care, please contact a doctor, a licensed therapist, or emergency services.
Booking and agreement
An engagement becomes binding when we've agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) and the first session takes place. No physical signature is required — confirming by message and attending the first session counts as acceptance of these terms.
Sessions and pricing
Prices are agreed with you directly before we begin.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your invoice, payable by the date shown. Most sessions are prepaid. Prepaid sessions do not expire.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to move or cancel, I ask for 24 hours' notice. No-shows, and sessions not cancelled in time, are charged in full. For same-day sessions such as The Radical, a slot held for you often can't be re-filled at short notice. Specific terms for a given engagement are confirmed when we book.
Online sessions
If a call drops for technical reasons, we reschedule at no cost. But I ask you to be in a safe space, alone and undisturbed — I reserve the right to charge for a session if that, or a similar agreement, isn't respected.
Right of withdrawal (private clients only)
If you book as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, I refund all payments received from you without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. I use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You pay no fees for the refund.
If you asked me to start the coaching during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to the sessions already held when you withdraw, compared with the full engagement.
Your right of withdrawal ends early once the service has been fully delivered, if you expressly asked me to start before the period ended and confirmed you know you lose the right then.
Ending the coaching later
Sessions already held are paid. Prepaid sessions not yet held are refunded.

Confidentiality
What you share with me stays between us. I won't pass on your information except where legally required, or where there's a serious risk to life. Sessions are not recorded without your consent.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Coaching supports your thinking; it doesn't replace your judgement, and I don't guarantee any particular outcome.
Liability
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing. I don't guarantee any particular outcome.
I am liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence I am liable only if I breach an essential duty of the contract, and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise my liability is excluded.
I may pause the coaching if I find you have been dishonest with me, or if you show signs of a serious mental-health issue that needs clinical care. This doesn't mean your sessions expire — it means we take a break of at least six months, until those issues are resolved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law; place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
