Terms of Engagement
I offer rebuilding and trauma bond coaching. This is support and accompaniment — not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological care, please contact a doctor, a licensed therapist, or emergency services.
Booking and agreement
An engagement becomes binding when we've agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) and the first session takes place. No physical signature is required — confirming by message and attending the first session counts as acceptance of these terms.
Sessions and pricing
Prices are agreed with you directly before we begin.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your invoice, payable by the date shown. Most sessions are prepaid. Prepaid sessions do not expire.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to move or cancel, I ask for 24 hours' notice. No-shows, and sessions not cancelled in time, are charged in full. For same-day sessions such as The Radical, a slot held for you often can't be re-filled at short notice. Specific terms for a given engagement are confirmed when we book.
Online sessions
If a call drops for technical reasons, we reschedule at no cost. But I ask you to be in a safe space, alone and undisturbed — I reserve the right to charge for a session if that, or a similar agreement, isn't respected.
Refunds
No refunds once the first session has been held.
Confidentiality
What you share with me stays between us. I won't pass on your information except where legally required, or where there's a serious risk to life. Sessions are not recorded without your consent.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Coaching supports your thinking; it doesn't replace your judgement, and I don't guarantee any particular outcome.
Liability
I'm not liable for your decisions or any outcome. I hold the right to pause coaching if I discover you've been dishonest with me, or if you show signs of serious mental-health issues. This doesn't mean your sessions expire — it means we take a break of at least six months, until those issues are resolved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law; place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
