Bodywork

Pain and trauma don't stay in your mind. They move into the body and take over — the clenched jaw, the ringing ears, the gut that never settles, the shoulders up around your ears, the back that's been tight for ten years.

That's not separate from your story. It IS your story, living in the body.

So we don't only talk. We work the body too.

I've spent my whole life in and around the body.

A licensed personal trainer since 1994, a former competitive figure skater, and a man who learned the hard way that you can't think your way out of something the body is still holding on to. Bodywork is the physical half of what I do — the coaching reaches the mind, this reaches everything the mind can't.

[ PILLAR ONE — THE HANDS-ON WORK ]

Massage

This isn't pampering. It's nervous-system work. Some of it is barely there and slow. Some of it is strong enough to make you swear. All of it has the same job — getting the body to let go of what it's been gripping for years.

CraniosacralLight, slow work at the head, neck and spine. Barely-there pressure that tells the whole nervous system it's safe to stand down.

Jaw work (TMJ)For the clenchers and the grinders. The jaw holds more than almost anywhere else — and most people have no idea they're doing it.

Tinnitus reliefTargeted work for the ringing, often tied to tension in the jaw, neck and skull. Not a cure — but relief a lot of people have never been offered.

ReflexologyPressure through the feet that reaches the whole body. If you can't switch your head off, this is often the one you feel first.

Glutes & lower backDeep-seat pressure points, where a lifetime of sitting and sciatic tension settles in.

Deep tissueStrong, straight into the knots and the years of held tension. The point isn't to batter you — it's release, and you walk out refuelled, not wrecked.

Personal training

Licensed since 1994, and a competitive figure skater long before that. I don't train people to punish themselves. I train them to come home to their own body — to feel strong, capable and safe in it again, sometimes for the first time since childhood. Functional, trauma-aware, and built around where you actually are, not where some programme says you should be.

Meditation & breathwork

This is what connects the talking and the touching. Breath and meditation are the tools you take with you — the ones that still work at three in the morning, when I'm not in the room. Simple, practical down-regulation you can do anywhere, so the calm we build together doesn't only live in my studio.
